In the spirit of giving, LeoVegas Group contributed €10,000 to L-Istrina during the annual Boxing Day telethon, organised by the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation (MCCFF).
The funds will be passed on to the MCCFF and used to help people, including children, access the rare or expensive medical treatments they need. The annual fundraiser has been taking place since 1995 and has become a Maltese TV staple. Last year’s edition raised an impressive €5,279,000, with LeoVegas Group also contributing to this total.

Speaking on the occasion, Stefan Nelson, Group CFO and Managing Director at LeoVegas Group Malta, commented: “L-Istrina is a cherished Maltese tradition that brings the whole island together in support of individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. We are honoured to contribute to an initiative that improves the lives of so many.” Nelson continued, “This donation is part of the Group’s broader commitment to support the communities we are proud to be a part of.”
