LeoVegas Group announced in June that it had entered into an agreement to acquire the award-winning product and technology platform constituting the U.S sportsbook from Tipico Group. The new sportsbook will allow the Group to operate a purpose-built proprietary sportsbook across all international markets and brands, with the exception of those exclusive to the North American BetMGM joint venture, with a focus on a clean, fast consumer experience with top-class product, pricing and functionality.
