Gustaf has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and the online gaming industry and has previously built organizations to over 100 employees. Before he co-founded LeoVegas, Gustaf was CEO of the listed company Net Gaming AB (publ.). He also founded and was CEO of Eurobet Nordic AB. As the group's CEO Gustaf works with the company's strategy and planning. It is his duty to lead the company and to handle stock market-related questions and to ensure that LeoVegas achieves the goals that the board and the owners have set up.
In addition to its shareholding, Gustaf holds 100,000 warrants in part of the incentive program.
Stefan has a background in the finance industry with around 20 years of experience in the capital market, equity analysis and corporate finance. He comes from a position as Director of SEB Corporate Finance with sector responsibility for gaming, media and retail, and has worked with a large number of projects within M&A and ECM, including the listing of LeoVegas. Prior to that, he was an equity analyst at SEB Enskilda, Standard & Poor and Redeye. Stefan has been top rated equity analyst in the gaming sector for many years.
In addition to its shareholding, Stefan holds 258,500 warrants in part of the incentive program.
Mattias has more than 15 years of experience in digital and technology development from both B2C and B2B industries. He has broad experience from the gaming industry from his time at CEO for Mr Green Technology within the MRG group. Before that Mattias had leading positions at online search company Eniro and as manager at management consultancy firm Accenture.
In addition to its shareholding, Mattias holds 178,500 warrants in part of the incentive program.
Niklas has over 14 years of experience in digital marketing. He has managed successful digital marketing agencies that have supported companies in Southern Europe transitioning from traditional marketing to measurable performance marketing. In addition to its shareholding, Niklas holds 24,000 warrants in part of the incentive program.
