The LeoRegulus Global Traineeship Programme awaits a select few engineering graduates.
The LeoRegulus Tech Award will be awarded to an organisation that promotes increasing interest in and awareness of tech/AI among women.
The LeoRegulus Global Traineeship Programme
Do you crave new challenges, steep learning curves, and global experience? Do you want to be a part of the team leading the way into the mobile future? If so, we urge you to apply for the LeoRegulus Global Traineeship Programme.
In this 12-month programme, you will be part of our Libero team, which works across all of our product teams. As a member of Libero, you will be given the opportunity to work in a full-stack development environment contributing to real projects. You will gain unparalleled insight into how we operate as a leading GameTech company and get a deep understanding of how each team contributes to our passion “Leading the way into the mobile future”. You will be based in Stockholm, but there will be opportunities to work from our other offices around Europe.
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to take initiative and seek challenges that will take your career to the next level. Also, to further boost your professional development, we will provide you with a mentor to meet with on a weekly basis.
At the end of the programme, you will be able to choose which of the product teams you would like to join.
Being heavily involved in architectural efforts to come up with a service infrastructure for supporting the sportsbook vertical, including services for retaining and aggregating user data for personalization features among others.
- University degree in engineering, preferably in Software or Business Analysis
- Experience with Java Script, React.js, Node.js, Java 8, Agile Methods and CI/CD
- A maximum of one year’s work experience after graduation
- Solid English skills.
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and personal drive

The LeoRegulus Tech Award
The technology sector in Sweden is booming; however, women still constitute less than 25 % of the entire workforce. In order to give a small, but hopefully important, contribution that will inspire more women to pursue a career in the technology sector, LeoVegas is establishing the LeoRegulus Tech Award. The Tech Award of 100 000 SEK will be granted to an initiative, organisation, or person promoting an increased interest in and awareness of tech/AI among women.
Who should apply?
Any organisation, initiative, or person who is actively working to increase the awareness of or interest in tech/AI among women.

The application process
The last date to submit your application is October 30th. However, interviews will held on a rolling basis until November 15th. By November 25th, the jury will have met and decided on the winning initiative. The winner will be contacted shortly thereafter.
Meet the Jury
Gustaf Hagman is CEO and Co-Founder of LeoVegas Group. He has an extensive background in the GameTech industry. Prior to founding LeoVegas, Gustaf served as CEO at Net Gaming and Eurobet Nordic.
Tuva Palm is a renowned Swedish Executive Tech Advisor. Her impressive background covers roles such as CTO and CPO at Nordnet Bank as well as Director of Consumer & Issuing at Klarna. Tuva is also on the LeoVegas board and co-hosts STHLM Tech Meetup, Europe’s largest monthly event for startups.
Danica Kragic Jensfelt
Danica Kragic Jensfelt is a Professor at the School of Computer Science and Communication at the Royal Institute of Technology. She is currently the Director of the Centre for Autonomous Systems and has been a visiting researcher at Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, and INRIA Rennes.
Ather Gattami is the founder and CEO of Bitynamics, a company that provides (IT) business and algorithmic solutions to complex problems in fields such as AI, machine learning, data analytics, and telecommunication. Ather has a strong research background in both academia and the private sector, having conducted research at a variety of institutions, such as the Royal Institute of Technology and Ericsson. He also holds a PhD in Engineering Science from Lund University.
